These terms describe the baseline conditions for using Veeval websites, private integrations, development services, trading-intelligence systems and related software. Product-specific agreements may add further terms.
You may use Veeval only for lawful, authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable product, broker, platform, licence and account rules. Access may be suspended when required for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or policy enforcement.
Gold, forex and leveraged trading involve substantial risk. Veeval does not guarantee returns, profitability, funded-account success or uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the public website is a promise of investment performance.
Private Veeval services may use entitlements, licence identifiers, device bindings and operational telemetry to control access and protect the service. Users must not attempt to bypass licensing, security or access controls.
Veeval may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Telegram, broker platforms and hosting providers. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies in addition to these terms.
When the Veeval owner authorizes Google Drive access, the integration is used only for the stated Veeval workflow. Additional details are provided on the Google Drive Integration page and in the Privacy Notice.
Veeval may improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features as the system evolves. Material changes to privacy or data-use practices should be reflected in the published policies before the affected use expands.
